The big dinner is Friday.

Yes, everything is confirmed. Finally we will be 6 instead of 4. It's not much more work but I need to be a lot more disciplined in the kitchen because with the space I have, plating 6 makes it a little tight.
I’ll make pictures so look to see them here this weekend.

Bacon and Egg. (Poached quail egg on hollandaise mousseline with brunoise de prosciutto

Cold Potage of Green Pea and Mint, Chive Chip(1)

Feuilleté de Gravlax with Beet Green
Salad of Haricots Verts, Tomato Tartare and Chive Oil(1)
Râble de Lapin Farci au Figues et Purée de Patates Bleus au Noisette.

Brebis with Spiced Carrot Salad

Panna Cotta “Sunny Side Up”

Wish me luck!
I already started cooking. The chips are in the oven as I write this and tomorrow I’ll really start cooking.
